Scheduled System Upgrade and Optimization Notice
The Human Resource Division wishes to inform all Regional Directors, Deputy Directors of Human Resource, and all users of the Human Resource Information Management System that HRIMS is currently undergoing a scheduled upgrade and optimization exercise.
Monday, 11th May 2026 to Friday, 29th May 2026
During this period, access to HRIMS has been temporarily suspended to allow for the successful completion of the upgrade exercise within the stated timelines.
Deputy Directors of Human Resource and all other practitioners are kindly requested to take note of this notice and ensure that all relevant updates and entries are captured promptly once the system is restored.
